By submitting your email to the Linger waitlist, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
What Linger is, right now
Linger is a planned mobile application launching in July 2026. Until then, linger.day is a single-page website where you can request to be notified when the app becomes available. That's the entire service today.
The app itself — when it exists — will have its own terms of service that you'll see and agree to when you sign up. These terms only cover the waitlist.
Who runs it
Linger is operated by UPRO AI PTE. LIMITED, a private limited company registered in Singapore (138 Robinson Road, #02-54, Oxley Tower, Singapore 068906). When we say "we" or "us" in these terms, we mean UPRO AI PTE. LIMITED.
Who can join
You must be at least 17 years old to submit your email. By submitting, you confirm that you are.
What you're agreeing to
- You're giving us a working email address.
- You're consenting to receive (at most) one email from us when the app launches — plus our Privacy Policy applies.
- You won't submit someone else's email without their permission.
- You won't submit fake or disposable emails just to mess with our list.
- You won't try to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the website.
What we're agreeing to
- We'll send you, at most, one launch announcement email. We might send a small number of additional emails between now and July 2026 — never more than one per month, and only if we have something genuinely worth saying.
- We won't share your email with anyone outside the small list of service providers named in our Privacy Policy.
- We won't sell your email. We won't sell our list. Ever.
- You can leave at any time, instantly, via the unsubscribe link in every email we send.
No promise of launch
We're building Linger carefully. We intend to launch in July 2026. We expect to. But software is uncertain, life is uncertain, and we want to be honest: we can't guarantee a specific launch date, or that the product will be exactly what the landing page describes, or that it will launch in your country first.
If we cancel the project entirely, we'll write to tell you, delete the waitlist within 30 days, and refund nothing because nothing was paid.
Our brand
The Linger name, the window mark, the wordmark, the tagline "Some people don't leave.", and the visual design of linger.day are the intellectual property of UPRO AI PTE. LIMITED. Please don't reproduce them, claim them, or use them in your own projects. The copy on this site is also ours — please don't republish without permission.
You're welcome to link to linger.day. You're welcome to screenshot it. You're welcome to talk about it.
Limitation of liability
Linger is provided as-is during the waitlist phase. We're not liable for any damage you experience from receiving emails from us, from the website's being temporarily unavailable, or from the app not launching on the date we expect. The most we could ever be liable for, in any case, is zero — because nothing has been paid.
This doesn't limit your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, Singapore consumer protection law, or under similar protections in your jurisdiction. Those override these terms wherever they apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. If we have a dispute that can't be resolved by writing to hello@linger.day, it'll be settled by the courts of Singapore — unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything material before launch, we'll update the date at the top and notify you in the next email. By continuing on the waitlist after a change, you accept the updated terms. You can always leave instead.
